Superb location (Kenmore) for students attending UW Bothell, Bastyr University, or Cascadia Community College. Rent is $550/mo and includes all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electric, gas, wifi internet, and yard services). Cable TV is not included, but should cost somewhere between $5-20/month. The lease terms are month-to-month. Move-in costs include first months rent, a security deposit (equal to one month rent), and a pet deposit if applicable. The landlord is willing to split the deposit over a few months.
A little more about the house:
This house has a very large open kitchen and a large separate pantry. The shared bathrooms are over-sized and you ONLY SHARE WITH ONE OTHER PERSON. There are huge fenced yards (front/back) and a super-sized deck. Interior upgrades include: granite slabs in kitchen, bamboo flooring in the common areas and hallways, tiles in bathrooms and media/entertainment room, and carpet in bedrooms. There is a large laundry room, which includes a set of large, quiet, high efficiency washer & dryer. There are two different common areas with large flat-screen TVs and a third common area with a gas fireplace. All the common areas are furnished (but still have room for more if you have some common area furniture). All you need is stuff for your bedroom.
A little about the housemates:
We are all just getting to know one another (newly rented household). My name is Amy. I am 26 and have a loveable 10 lb dog. I work full-time and like quiet laid back week nights. On the weekends I like to get out and have fun! Martin is a 26 yr old male. He works full-time and loves to go out and/or watch football on the weekends! Dawn works full-time and has a large dog. She enjoys cooking and drinking wine. Courtney (21) is our newest member and works full-time as well. We are all very respectful, clean, quiet, and non-smokers. We all love animals and welcome friendly, well-behaved pets. The house will have six roommates when full, so we are not looking to rent to any couples or single parents (sorry).
A little about you:
We would like to have a good vibe in the house and feel that professionals and/or students in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties would be the best fit for the house. We would prefer drama-free, tobacco-free, laid back, respectful applicants (for a better lack of words)!
