We are an easy walk to the Ave, Wallingford area and Greenlake. If you commute either North or South on I-5, we are easily located at both on-ramps.
We are an easy going, carefree group of people looking to replace a roommate that is heading back East. We range from 27-32, we prefer someone in that age range. We are all professionals, a full time student wouldn't be ideal for our roommate situation. Someone easy going, trustworthy and reliable is a must. We split all the bills, regardless of use. We do not have cable and we plan to keep it that way.
SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND!!! The room is located in basement room, there are two bedrooms located in the basement. Along with your room, we have storage available for items, nothing too large and you get your own common area, where you can put a desk, some furniture, etc. The height in the basement is maybe 6'1. It's a short ceiling, please remember that before you respond to the ad. Preferably someone under 5'10 would e be ideal for the room. It's great with the summer coming, it stays really cool.
We only want non-smokers, pet free friendly people in our house.
The room is available to move into on May 15th or May 31st. If you decide to move in on the 15th, the rent will be prorated. We also ask that you pay portion of the bills, because we are billed in advanced for one month ahead.
The best meeting times to come would be evenings and weekends.
If you have any questions, comments and/or concerns, please feel free to contact me with them. We are also asking for at least a one year lease with paying the first and last month.
